Our organized and efficient press shop runs 24-7 keeping up with demands and improving our timing. Eurospec’s stamping capabilities range from complex small to large progressive dies ranging from 300 to 800 tons. Our bed sizes range from 84” x 48” to 180” x 70” with shut heights up to 48”. Intelligently equipped, we offer our clients a strong technical capability to run dies with multiple in-die added processes. In some of our current dies we have included in-die tapping, staking and pierce nuts. We have the ability to do 4 parts/ process simultaneously for any of our additions. Incorporating multiple steps in a single manufacturing process is an efficiency that we strive for. Our in-depth knowledge of tooling and stamping contributes to our far reaching reputation as a leader in the metal stamping industry.
